ABOUT MY SISTER-FRIENDS They are mothers, daughters, aunts, neices, cousins and grandmothers...They are teachers, lawyers, doctors, maids, cooks, babysitters and more. They are women from diverse backgrounds and ethnic groups...black and white, yellow, brown and red. We are all "angels with only one wing. We can only fly while embracing one another" (Luciano de crescanzo). We are sisters one and all...just everyday women, but not ordinary "Sheroes." There's nothing ordinary about being a shero. A shero is a sister-friend who does good works. Sheroes believe in doing all the good works we can while we can, until the return of our Lord and Saviour. "Never doubt that a small group of thoughtful and committed people can change the world. Indeed, its the only thing that ever has"--Margaret Mead.
